We recommend a black or similar dark colored ground coat
5 grams will give 4 ounces of inter-coat clear or clear coat a fairly dense pigment load. For less effect you can use more inter-coat clear, up to 12 ounces. It can be mixed with colored basecoat but you will lose some of the effect and require more pearl.
We find that two very light even coats generally works best. We recommend that you spray a test panel to find your desired awesome finish.
